Coupling energy storage devices on the generation side can significantly improve AGC frequency regulation performance of thermal power units and bring benefits. In traditional joint mode, is generally used to compensate deviation between output dispatching command, without considering deep coordination system. Thermal are still in fast variable load operation state, potential coupled improving safety other comprehensive has not been explored deeply. Therefore, this paper, system actively cooperate with unit for secondary regulation, command optimally distributed by minimizing total cost function, including unit.
